The Sapphire Alliance is made up of over 25 diverse consultants with skills to facilitate successful corporate social responsible efforts both domestically and internationally.

Business Consulting  

Our primary client base consists of corporations or their foundations.  For this reason it is key that our team be comfortable with business culture. Within our consultant team, we have in-depth experience working within business in areas including IT, finance, insurance, outsourcing, energy and health care.  They have skills sets in assessment, business systems, project management, sales and marketing. These skills are key to developing sustainable solutions for long-term social change as well.

Nonprofit Consulting

Our consultant team has experience with creating, funding and managing nonprofits, as well as assisting them in policy development, direct services and leadership coaching for nonprofits.  Some of the nonprofit areas in which our team has expertise includes:  health care, children's issues, global development, human rights, gay rights, education, HIV/AIDS and environmental sustainability.  Collectively we have worked with over two hundred nonprofit organizations, which empowers us in the screening process for clients to provide a network of potential partners for our clients.  Moreover, these experiences give provide us with expertise in providing capacity building for our client's partners.

Program Management

Some of the greatest reasons that social services fail to meet their goals is the lack of program management skills, clear metrics and accountability.  Within our consultant team we have experience in project management combined with coaching skills to increase success.  All of our projects will begin by gathering diagnostic data to establish a baseline of where the plan starts. The progress is measured as the project moves toward clear milestones of success toward the end goal.

Executive Coaching

We place a high premium on using the "coach approach" of careful listening, powerful questioning and client- driven solutions with grounded with accountability.  In fact, one quarter of all of our consultants are practicing professional coaches in the areas of nonprofit coaching, corporate executive coaching, life coaching and international development.

Government Affairs

Changing governmental policy can be a key component to successful social change.  For that reason, one-fifth of our consultants have extensive in-depth professional experience working with governments including serving as high- level government levels officials and registered professional lobbyists.

Public Affairs  

Getting the good news out to the public about best practices of successful social change is crucial to having these methods replicated by other future programs.  It also helps corporations get the benefit of their good work through improved talent retention as well as, customer and stock holder satisfaction. Within our team we have professional marketing and journalism consultants who can prepare or assist in the preparation of multifunctional announcements, press briefings, and corporate communications to get the word out effectively.
